Your owner portal can be accessed through any device with an internet browser - PC, Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.
ProConnect is a complimentary tool for equestrians to use to discover equine professionals in your area. Enter your location/zip code and turn on the search filters for the business services you are looking for. ProConnect then lists out the providers in your area (please note, this is not a comprehensive list of *every* provider in the area and providers listed are exclusively EquiPro users). From there, you can compare reviews, ratings, services and prices of providers to decide who is the right fit for your needs! You can also request appointments with professionals through their ProConnect page.
No! One account will link all of your professional's information into it. If you have a massage therapist, chiropractor and farrier all using EquiPro, you just need one account that all of their information will appear in
To request an appointment, you simply go to your professional's ProConnect page and click the 'Book Now' button. A simple popup will appear. You fill out the information and submit. Your equine professional will be in touch with you from there.
You have the options to request, cancel, request modifications, approve and confirm appointments all under the 'Appointments' tab in your owner portal!
Paying an invoice is super simple and takes less than 90 seconds! Go to the 'Payments' tab > 'Invoices'> 'Pay' button. A popup appears for you to enter your credit card info into our trusted processor, Stripe.
