Your appointment is a time we set aside exclusively for you and your horse. We understand your time is valuable to you, and In an effort to respect your time, and the time of our other clients, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or change your services provided. We do understand that people live busy lifestyles and things can come up unexpectedly or last minute from time to time, however, last minute cancellations may be subject to paying 50% of the service you were scheduled for.
