Focuses on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and enhancing your horse’s overall well-being. During the session, I will use a variety of techniques, including kneading, compression, and stretching, to target specific areas of tightness or discomfort. These methods work together to promote relaxation, support recovery, and improve performance. Each session is tailored to the horse's individual needs. A session usually lasts around 60 to 75 minutes.
A thorough static and dynamic assessment is performed to evaluate your horse’s posture, movement, and overall condition. This helps identify areas of tension, discomfort, or asymmetry that may impact performance or well-being. Following the assessment, a short, targeted massage is provided to address any noted problem areas, focusing on relieving tension and improving comfort. This session sets the foundation for a personalized care plan to support your horse’s health and performance. The initial session typically takes 90 to 120 minutes, and owner or trainer presence is required.
This session is tailored to support your horse during the demands of competition. Before performance, the massage focuses on warming up muscles, increasing circulation, and enhancing flexibility to prepare for optimal movement. After performance, the session targets muscle recovery by relieving tension, reducing soreness, and promoting relaxation. This approach helps your horse feel and perform their best while minimizing the risk of strain or stiffness.
