Cancellation & No-Show Policy "Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your horse. Because I serve a limited number of clients to ensure the highest quality of care, last-minute cancellations significantly impact my schedule and other horses on the waitlist. 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service. No-Shows: If I arrive at the barn and the horse is unavailable or the appointment is forgotten without notice, 50% of the session fee will be due. Emergencies and colic are handled on a case-by-case basis. I appreciate your respect for my time and the needs of my other equine athletes.

Together, we will deep-dive into your horse's current physical state, movement patterns, and overall wellness to create a targeted path forward. How It Works: Step 1: The Intake Form. Upon booking, you will fill out a detailed health and history form detailing your horse's current routine, diet, and any specific areas of concern. Step 2: Video Evaluation. You will submit short video clips of your horse moving in all three gaits (walk, trot, and canter) so I can evaluate their biomechanics and fascial movement. Step 3: 45-Minute Consultation. We will connect via phone or video call to discuss my findings.
