Appointments canceled within 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service. Additional services cannot be booked until the cancellation fee is paid in full. If you are able to find a replacement client at the same location to take the place of the appointment slot that you have cancelled, the cancellation fees will be waived. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of OnPoint PEMF & Wellness due to veterinary emergencies or medical conditions that would cause PEMF therapy to be contraindicated.
