Certified Equine Massage Therapist
I have been enamored with horses for as long as I can remember, so when the opportunity to work with them full time arose, I was incredibly eager to get started! I became a certified equine massage therapist in 2024. I will forever be a student of the horse and am always enrolled in continuing education courses. If you saw me on vacation, I'd be by the pool buried in another equine massage textbook. I have studied conformation, anatomy, biomechanics, and equine massage concepts. I hold the following certifications/have completed the following courses: Equine Anatomy and Health Considerations- The Masterson Method Certified Equine Massage Therapist- Delaware Valley University All About Fascia- Horses Inside Out Equine Locomotor and Biomechanics- Animal Rehab Institute Advanced Equine Myofascial Release and Kinetic Chains- Equine Massage Academy In progress: Equine Kinesiology Taping- Equine Massage Academy Equine Behavior- University of Guelph I donate my time weekly, performing bodywork sessions with the retired horses at Ryerss Farm, so I am unavailable on Wednesdays.
