My experience across disciplines allows me to understand the unique physical demands placed on performance horses and tailor each session to support their comfort, mobility, and long-term soundness. This session typically runs 30-45 minutes. Pre-performance bodywork focuses on enhancing circulation, mobility, and muscle activation to help your horse perform at their best. Post-performance sessions aim to reduce muscle tension, support recovery, and minimize soreness by addressing areas of strain and promoting overall tissue health. $35 Post or Pre - $65 for both
