At Unbreakable Equine, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure we provide the best possible service for all clients, we kindly ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy. Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of services. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, except in cases of emergency. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice, the full session cost will be charged. Weather and Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or emergencies, can arise. In these cases, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. My horses, Unbreakable Vow SGF (Draco) and River Ranch (Sherlock), have been the driving force behind my journey to becoming a certified equine massage therapist. Sherlock, a long-backed Thoroughbred with a knack for pulling his shoes, jumping, and snacking, has experienced intermittent tension in his back and hind end. Witnessing how massage therapy transformed him—enhancing his suppleness and strength—not only motivated me to pursue certification through AOI, but also deepened the bond between us. Massage has become a way to foster trust and connection, allowing me to understand his needs on a deeper level. Draco, my 3-year-old Hanoverian, will be starting his under-saddle training this year. My focus is on preserving his natural curiosity and movement as he develops, while using massage to support his physical health and nurture a meaningful partnership.
