At Soteria Solutions, we understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond your control, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Soteria Solutions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients while respecting the time and preparation involved in each session.
