Cancellation Policy – Lagos Therapy At Lagos Therapy, we value your time and that of our professionals. To ensure an efficient and well-organized service, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost. If the client does not show up for the appointment without prior notice ("No Show"), 100% of the service fee will be charged. 2. Emergencies We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If the cancellation is due to a justified emergency, we will evaluate each case individually to find an appropriate solution. 3. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the service from being provided, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost. 4. Deposits and Advance Payments For certain services or special events, a deposit may be required. This will not be refundable in case of late cancellation. Advance payments may be used for future appointments if the cancellation is made within the permitted time frame.
