Appointments canceled with 24 hours or less notice before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Show appointments will be charged the full cost of service plus applicable travel fees. Appointments arriving later than 20 minutes past the scheduled time may be subject to rescheduling and a 50% charge of service fees. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Rider's Emporium.

Includes: Evaluation of your horse via photos and recommendations for saddles per the tree shape needed. Assistance measuring yourself to ensure that you will be comfortable in the saddle! Discussion regarding saddle features to recommend saddles that offer the features needed & wanted. Recommendations on moving forward for saddle shopping or ordering! Available ONLY for clients more than 250 miles from Riders Emporium.
Must be replaced in pairs at minimum. A stitching fee may apply if panels must be removed to access billets. Please provide the number of billet pairs needed, leather color, and length measurement (from top of stitching to tip). All girth holes will be 3/4" apart unless specified otherwise in the request.
