Pegasus Equine Therapy Cancellation Policy Hi there! I completely understand that life happens, and plans can change. As a small, one-person business, I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and scheduling process. Here's how cancellations work at Pegasus Equine Therapy: Cancellation Policy Details: Advance Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me a chance to adjust my day and offer your spot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. This helps cover my time and preparation. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without letting me know, the full session fee will be charged. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that unexpected things can come up. If you need to cancel last-minute due to an emergency, just reach out—I’m happy to work with you when possible. Refunds: If you’ve prepaid for a session, refunds will be issued according to this policy. For packages, any unused sessions will be refunded minus applicable fees. How to Cancel: If something comes up, just call, text, or email me as soon as you can. Communication makes everything easier! Thank you so much for your understanding!
