We value both your time and mine, and I work hard to provide quality care and attention to every scheduled horse and client. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made with adequate notice. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The first cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be forgiven. The second cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. The third cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. At that point, the client will also be required to pay 50% of the desired service upfront to schedule future appointments. Emergencies & Weather - We understand that emergencies, illness, horse-related situations, and severe weather can happen unexpectedly. Fees may be waived at our discretion in these situations. Late Arrivals - If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on scheduling, the appointment time may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. Payment - Payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise discussed in advance.
